World Baby Swimming Congress 2016-Stockholm

Last weekend we had the opportunity to enjoy a wonderful seminar, with impeccable organization and unique speakers, in Sweden, the Nordic baby swim Conference.

We learned this and much more in Stockholm! We thank all the participants and of course the organizers for the unique experience!

We know that there are some “lucky” parents whose little one has been up all night, straight to the bouzouki! It’s 10:00 PM and it’s still morning for them and nothing else, but they’re also full of energy! They don’t sit still anywhere, they just reboot every 10 minutes and want to play like crazy…and bravo to them!

It's nice to have a child or children full of life, but at the end of the day, when you've taken them to school, brought them back, dressed and undressed them 1,000,000 times, cooked 2 to 32 meals, and fought with them 5,000 times over whether to let them eat chocolate, lollipops, and the like, it's a little hard to bear.

PISCES HAVE THE SOLUTION

In each of our locations, there are evening baby swimming classes that start at 20:30 and end at 21:00, (see all the classes here) class schedules) so the kids get rid of all this energy and almost guaranteed – if they don't fall asleep when they get out of the pool – they will fall asleep in the divine super-sleeper called a car! But BEWARE!!!!! Don't miss this window of sleep after the pool, because if you miss it, you know what awaits you? A wonderful rebooting and we're off to a wild game again!

Pisces Aqua Club Registrations 2016-2017

All good things have an end... But an end always marks a new beginning!!! So let's say goodbye with joy - and maybe a little melancholy - to the summer that has passed and let's welcome together, with plenty of optimism, all the news that is coming!

Our wonderful swimming days are over and the sweet time of rest has arrived. The time to unleash our talent in the sea, but also to do a little review of the year, to see how much we could improve in our lives, but most importantly to recognize all the beautiful things we have offered to ourselves or to others. This last one is very important, I think, because unfortunately it is not always easy to find the good in ourselves and we are usually very strict with ourselves…
So, we would like to leave you with the softest wishes for relaxation and joy, (take a breath, there's more...) to each and every one of you, as we share all these wonderful experiences together!

Based on this review and development that we would like to have for ourselves and Pisces, we ask you to complete the following questionnaire, so that we can face our mistakes head-on, but also rejoice in our good times! We cut our traditional Vasilopita cake again! In early March (better late than never), the whole team gathered to wish for the new year and for another very important reason!

The prize was won by our beloved Irene, who makes sure every day, with undivided love, that our space stays clean!

The other reason is that we welcomed the wonderful Lambrini Tsilikitidou, a teacher at a German Waldorf school, who with much love and contagiousness, shed light on the holistic Waldorf method of education. This is a holistic pedagogical approach, which is based – above all – on love for the child and his soul. Our children are constantly bombarded – from preschool age – by logical things that they need to learn, while at this period of their lives, these operate mainly emotionally and not cognitively. How wonderful it would be, then, for them to reach the cognitive part, after first learning about their emotions? We discussed these and other wonderful things and promised to do more!

As romantic as it may sound, all our children need is love and understanding. And a method based on holistic knowledge of the child's nature certainly has a lot to offer us! Anyone interested in more about Waldorf can visit the link below!

Our dear parents, marmots, whales, sea breams, eels, sharks, dolphins, pregnant women!!!

We would like to inform you that the infant swimming program, the Pisces and Aqua Yoga academies for pregnant women, will remain closed, from Tuesday 22/12/2015 until  on Sunday 3/1/2016  because of Christmas!

The Monday 4/1/2016  We're back at the pool!
