QUALITY POLICY

The company NIKOLAOS HATZIGIAKOUMIS AND CO. E.E., responding to the demands of modern
business reality and aiming to improve its organizational structure and internal
communication, always aiming at faster and better service to its Customers, decided to
design and install a Quality Management System in accordance with the requirements of the International
ISO 9001:2015 standard.
The company's Quality Management System covers all of the company's activities regarding
with the Provision of Swimming Services and was designed according to the needs and aspirations of the Company
and the Legal and Regulatory Requirements of applicable Greek and Community Legislation.
Satisfying and ensuring customer trust, through the fulfillment of defined
Quality standards and consistency in deliveries are basic principles of NIKOLAOS

The company's overall goal is to satisfy the needs and expectations of its customers to the maximum.

    To achieve the above objectives, the following have been carried out in the documentation of the Management System:
