His team StarBirth in collaboration with Pisces swim team, is organizing a pioneering, experiential “Oxytocin Workshop” on 13/1/20, time 10:00-13:00 at the Ichthys Kalamaria swimming pool. A workshop filled with love and open to all pregnant women, at any stage of pregnancy.

Oxytocin is the hormone of love, romance, joy, well-being and childbirth. A fetus begins its intrauterine life with love, is born with love and continues to need love for the rest of its life. Have you ever thought about this?

In this workshop you will receive all the tools you need for a positive birth experience. You will learn what hormones are involved in the creation and birth of your baby when it is truly mature and why these hormones are so important. Specifically, you will learn,

How important a role does the hormone oxytocin play in childbirth?

How can we stimulate its successful production in order to reduce stress and fear by activating maximum relaxation mechanisms?

With pleasant surprises, interactivity, painting and lots of joy, we celebrate your pregnancy, the arrival of your baby and share experiences, dreams, expectations, as well as concerns regarding pregnancy, childbirth and preparation for motherhood. The types of childbirth and the role of the hormone oxytocin in each case will be analyzed.

The experienced StarBirth team, through the “Oxytocin Workshop”, will encourage you to turn within yourself to draw on the strength and knowledge you need to give birth, to relax, to trust your body and baby, to surrender to the birth process and to enjoy your pregnancy, childbirth and baby!

On the journey to motherhood, you will understand that you are the one who carves the path. After the workshop, you will discover everything you need to reach your destination safely, but also to enjoy the journey to the fullest.

Deep relaxation and wellness techniques will be used to create an intrauterine environment full of love, peace and tranquility for your baby. You will discover your strength, the one you really need to bring your baby into the world.

The “Oxytocin Workshop” is open to all pregnant women, at any stage of pregnancy.

A buffet with coffee/tea and various delicious snacks is provided.

The seminar will be held at Miaouli 18 & Smyrnis, Kalamaria, on the first floor. (Pisces Swimming Pool).

On Saturday 15/6, our established Free First Aid Seminar for infants and children took place at Euromedica – Relief. 

We would like to warmly thank the Bayline – Lifeguard Academy of Greece and especially Mr. Athanasios Kotsomytis who generously offered us his knowledge and with his contagiousness we managed to assimilate all this very useful and important information. We also particularly thank the Euromedica – Relief who hosted the seminar and of course all of you who brought the event to life with undiminished interest!

Another great seminar by STA took place from 17/05 to 19/05 with Danae Zelioti-Souzo and Nikolas Hadjigiakoumis in our wonderful space in Calamari!

Through all this sharing of experiences and knowledge, we can now say with confidence that we are very excited that through all these seminars, we are giving young people the opportunity to learn about baby swimming and in turn have the opportunity to utilize this knowledge and make happy parents and babies who will live this experience!

In this three-day experience, through the theories of baby swimming but also through the practical parts, we all became a team!

Once again, it was proven that when you learn something about infants and engage with it, there is no other path than the path of love and understanding.

We are pleased to announce our established FREE first aid seminar for infants and children!

It will be done, on Saturday 15/6/2019, 17:00-20:00, at EUROMEDICA – Aid Thessaloniki.

The man who will give us his light, the gentleman Kotsomytis Athanasios, comes from the experienced and specialized team of BAYLINE – Lifeguard Academy of Greece and is a Physical Education teacher, lifeguard instructor, swimming coach and First Aid instructor. We are waiting for you in this seminar where we will learn many and very important things about our safety and that of our children.

Unfortunately, our little friends will not be able to attend, although we would very much like to. The important information you will receive requires your undivided attention.

The continuous evolution never stops! So we gathered, a while ago, all the Mamagers and Papagers, and watched – stunned, once again, by its tremendous contagiousness and theatricality – a wonderful seminar with the only master Ioannis Mavrokoridis  from the Cross-Business Training. We learned through a wonderful experiential discussion, who we are, what bothers us, what makes us happy and how we can better communicate with those around us! The seminar taught us ways in which we can understand not only our children – those little mischievous guys who run around the house all day – but primarily ourselves, so that we can observe and improve our lives daily!!!
