Swimming Lessons and Aqua Aerobics Programs
OR Pisces Swimming Team, from this year we will also swim in the pool Asvestochori Medical Center!
And as with all our collaborations, we are sure that this one will become an institution!
The mornings and the afternoons of July and his August we swim with the kids from XANTH in a beautiful outdoor pool with the most experienced and happy coaches us!
We are waiting for you with great joy, to play, have fun and prepare properly for the summer!

Afternoon program:
Swimming learning program
*The program is aimed at ages 5-12 years old
*The program will be formed daily based on participations, one day in advance.
The basic structure for the declaration of participation is as follows:
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday afternoon
16:30-17:10 8 years and older
17:10-17:50 5-6 years old
17:50-18:30 4-5 years old
18:30 -19:10 6-7 years old
19:10-20:00 7-8 years old
Attention: Registration is required at least one day in advance.
To participate in the program, you must provide a medical certificate from a pediatrician, as well as complete a form about Covid-19 that we will provide you with upon your first visit.
*The participation cost is 8 euros / time.
Prices include VAT.
The new specifications provide for the sections ours to be 8 members with one coach, while the configuration will be based on your attendance, so places are limited.

Aqua Aerobics Program
Aqua Aerobics is a fun, stress-free water exercise and dance program that can easily be adapted to the needs of each athlete.
*The Aerobics program is aimed at ages 18 and up.
The hours and days of the classes are
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday at 17:00.
Attention: Registration is required at least one day in advance.
To participate in the program, you must provide a medical certificate from a pathologist, dermatologist and gynecologist, as well as complete a form for Covid-19 that we will provide you with upon your first visit.

Indeed, chlorine combined with additional methods of disinfecting our water (salt electrolysis), offer the maximum possible safety! According to new research, not only is the virus not transmitted in pool water, but it is neutralized!
