What exactly is NLP?

Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) is the art of understanding the human mind and its functioning.

A thorough study and deciphering of our mental and behavioral structures.

How it started

In the early 1970s, Richard Bandler (mathematician) and John Grinder (linguist) – studied and created the science of NLP through which they explored the relationship between the way we think, communicate, and our behavioral patterns.

What will we learn?

NLP has direct application in personal development, counseling and education.

It is a powerful knowledge tool for parents, educators and teachers, with the ultimate goal of shaping healthy personalities, people full of self-confidence, with an expanded and liberated way of thinking and with the potential to achieve their goals.

Specifically we will learn:

*How to properly communicate what we feel

* How the mind works

* To utilize the way the mind works to achieve what we want

* To observe, describe and capture how a child thinks

* Respect the “ecology” of each child

* Simple NLP techniques and exercises to be used by everyone, even children themselves

* To understand the child's world and mind

* Understand that there is no failure, only information

* Aligning ourselves with children and effectively passing on our positive messages

* Understand how limiting beliefs are recorded and created

* Stop limiting beliefs through our speech

* To inspire them and give them positive stimuli

* Rationalize negative emotions
