What is charisma? Who is charismatic? And who is not?
Can I as a parent do something? Is there a way to essentially support my child with knowledge, without fear, but with joy? How can I help him understand and bring out what he is, so that he becomes happier, and therefore more efficient? How can I contribute essentially and consistently to him finding his inclinations and enjoying his life?
And how can I develop filters and defenses against every “expert” who fills me with fear?
Knowledge is power and brings confidence. And when a parent feels more confident, they make better decisions for their child. Because when they truly know and understand, they are not afraid.
It's time for us, parents and children, to finally start learning through joy and confidence!
When we hear the term "gifted children," our minds usually go to something very special and different. Many times we think we know what it is, but in the end, we may be missing something or misinterpreting something.
It is with great pleasure, therefore, that we await you all at the lecture that will take place on Sunday, November 3rd at the ATHENS Medical Center in the Asvestochori Branch (Andrea Papandreou 2, 57010, Asvestochori) at 6:00 PM, to listen, ask the right questions and receive valid answers!
This is an organization initiated by the Ichthys Swimming Team in collaboration with the Asvestochori Branch of the ATH and with the speaker being Ms. Danae Deligeorgis, Psychopedagogue of Social & Emotional Development, Scientific Manager of Giftedness Education Programs.
Ms. Deligeorgis is a graduate of the Department of Philosophy, Pedagogy and Psychology, majoring in Psychology, from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, and holds an MA in Gifted Education and Support Emotional Needs from Northeastern Illinois University.
He will, therefore, speak to our minds and souls, not only through personal experiences, but also by having a vast scientific background.
