Pisces participate inn Swimming Day “The Swimmer's Celebration” for boys and girls aged 5 to 9 years old on Sunday, June 18, 2017! Our little swimmers will participate in the events, play games and relay races and will all receive commemorative diplomas!

At the initiative of the Swimming Clubs and Coaches of Thessaloniki and with the support of the Municipality of Thessaloniki, the Swimming Day “The Swimmer’s Celebration” is being organized for boys and girls aged 5 to 9. The day “The Swimmer’s Celebration” will be held at the NATIONAL swimming pool (25m indoor pool & 50m outdoor pool) on Sunday, June 18, 2017. For swimmers aged 5-6-7 years the start time is 13:00 pm and for swimmers aged 8-9 years The starting time is 2:30 p.m. Coaches must arrive at least 1 hour before the start of the competition, and swimmers must arrive at least half an hour before the start of the competition.

PARTICIPATION TERMS

1. Each swimmer is entitled to participate in 1 event.

2. Each swimmer aged 5-6-7, participating in the first event, must have with them their flippers and swimming board.

3. Each club participates with an unlimited number of swimmers-threes per age group

4. The series will be held according to age and event and with the agreement and proposal of the coach of the club of the participating swimmers-trios.

5. The participation of each swimmer MUST BE MANDATORY ACCOMPANIED BY A RESPONSIBLE HEALTH DECLARATION FROM THE PARENT or THE CLUB certifying that there is no health problem and that she can participate in the day.

6. The team is necessarily accompanied by the club's responsible coach, who is also responsible for placing the swimmers-threes in the rows, while they then accompany them to the remaining stations with the activities as described below.

For the best and safest conduct of the program, groups of children will be accompanied by coaches and lifeguards in and out of the water.

7. The participation cost for each swimmer is €10. The total amount per club will be deposited before the start of the day to a competent representative of the teams.

Awards: After the end of the activities, all swimmers will be awarded commemorative "PARTICIPATION" diplomas and competition medals.

TIME 2:30 PM 8.9 YEARS OLD

1. 25m FREESTYLE GIRLS – BOYS 8-9 YEARS OLD

2. 50m FREESTYLE GIRLS – BOYS 8-9 YEARS OLD

3. 25m BACKSTROKE GIRLS – BOYS 8-9 YEARS OLD

4. 50m BACKSTROKE GIRLS – BOYS 8-9 YEARS OLD

AFTER THE END OF EACH COMPETITION, THERE IS A BALLOON RELAY & ACTIVITY PROGRAM WITH THREE STATIONS IN THE LARGE OUTDOOR POOL.

After the activities, the children will be given commemorative diplomas and medals by great athletes. A necessary condition is the active participation of all the coaches of the small pool for the safe conduct of the activities. There will be musical coverage of the games and activities.
