As emerged in both of the last two questionnaires, our strong point is the high quality of our service. That is,
- The impeccable organizational and secretarial services characterized by courtesy and a desire for service, as well as the effort to immediately resolve any problems you may encounter.
- Our coaching team, people who love their job, based on in security, in trust and communication between coaches and children and the personalized approach.
- Furthermore, the special and innovative educational method based on play and joy gives another advantage to the high quality of service we offer.
- Our facilities. The ultra-modern Euromedica-Arogi swimming pool in which we have been operating since September 2017 filled a gap for our academies' facilities and now we can say with confidence that all our facilities are perfectly maintained, highly functional and of course spotlessly clean! Always with the family in mind, we create a pleasant and friendly environment.
- The total coverage of the family's needs through the additional services we provide. (Parallel program, seminars, parenting schools, underwater photography, summer camp, etc.)
COVERING NEEDS
The needs you expressed were put into practice to the extent possible. A primary need of parents to meet and talk more with coaches about the development of their children was met with the 3 parent-coach meetings we organized during the year and will continue in the following ones.
Furthermore, parents now swim with their children at Euromedica-Arogi with the Aqua Functional and free swimming programs. This was a constant need of the family to save time. All members benefit from this time for themselves and at the same time feel close to each other.
Finally, the organization of our computer system has contributed significantly to the easier finding of supplementary courses as well as finding a position. It has also contributed to better organization and communication between the secretariat and our members.
GOALS
As difficult as it was to achieve the high levels of service offered, it is equally difficult to maintain this high quality. Our primary goal for the new year is not to forget where we started, but also to maintain the high levels of safety and hygiene as well as empathy that you yourselves recognize, as shown by the results of the questionnaire.
A living organism is characterized by the triptych: body, mind, and spirit. Pisces have set goals on all of the above levels in order to achieve balance.
For us, our bodies are our facilities, which we will try to make as functional as possible. In particular, the Kalamaria swimming pool will undergo a small renovation and in September we will welcome you with new colors on the walls and different lighting, while of course always maintaining high levels of cleanliness.
Regarding the mind and educational level, our goal is to cover more and more needs of the family. Thus, the Arogi swimming pool will operate from September Monday to Friday in order to be able to serve more families since new services for adults will be added which of course will be staffed by specialized people selected by us. Also, our children who are growing up, our academies in other words, will develop even more in this way. Stay tuned because we have many plans for this matter!
As part of this evolution, we are integrating people with different qualities into our team at the level of knowledge and we are constantly learning from each one individually. Thus, Aqua Yoga classes for pregnant women are being upgraded since next to Nikolas Hatzigiakoumis there will be a specialized midwife who will be able to help our pregnant women holistically at all levels of pregnancy and from all aspects.
Of course, we will continue to participate in international conferences abroad and follow developments in education. We read a lot about different education methods and are constantly trying new ways of communicating with children.
The third level, that of the heart, concerns each member of our team individually. Our team is based on love and communication. All Pisces associates do a lot of work on ourselves. A great helper of course in all this personal and group spiritual development was Ioannis Mavrokoridis with Cross Business Training. We would not achieve the true elevation of the child if all our associates were not pure as people. Group psychological and moral support as well as honest dealing with problems that arise at the relationship level is very important to us. We enter the process of looking our darkness in the face, facing them and weakening them so that we come true to the children and our joy is natural. How to hide from the children, they know everything anyway...
