When asked how satisfied you are with our program in general, 68.41% of respondents answered VERY and 27.61% answered ENOUGH.
Furthermore, the coaches us and the educational method What we follow are the main factors that the majority of you appreciate in our program. Our space and secretarial support win over some of you.
Regarding the secretarial - organizational part of our services, 68.41% of respondents are very satisfied while 27.61% are quite satisfied. Your comments had to do with the available replacements while there were suggestions for online management of the program, something that we have already launched and will facilitate. Most of you pointed out that the secretarial support is satisfactory and there is immediate service.
It seems that you are quite satisfied with our coaches, as the graph below shows, while your comments here had to do with your need to be more informed about your child's development, while most of you see that the coaches get close to the children and make them feel comfortable.
The changes you suggested regarding our telephone service were to be able to respond via Skype, WhatsApp and Viber, which we implemented. All our mobile phones are now connected to the above platforms.
Regarding service and courtesy, your comments were particularly encouraging. Thank you very much for that! We do our best!

To the questions regarding our facilities and the cleanliness of the premises, approximately 90% responded that they were VERY and QUITE satisfied.
We know that the benefits of baby swimming are unique and we asked you to identify changes in your child after baby swimming. Most of you saw a significant difference in your child's familiarity with water, in their behavior in the sea, but also in a general liking for sports. You saw your child gain more self-confidence and overcome their phobias. You also identified benefits in their sociability, as you noticed that they are more disciplined, have a sense of team spirit and learn to cooperate. Many of you believe that relationships between you have developed, while most of you identified improvements in body control, respiratory function, immunity (fewer illnesses) and in the child's physical condition in general.
Finally, most of you saw the child relax and be calmer in his life, sleep better and eat better, and most importantly, have a significant sense of joy after the lesson.
We would like to thank you very much for the time you have dedicated to us and for your encouraging responses. Most of you commented that we do our job with love and professionalism and that you appreciate our effort to become better and better. Many of you mentioned that we are an extremely cooperative team, that there is a satisfactory overall organization and that our secretariat is particularly helpful. Furthermore, regarding our facilities, you consider that we have created a pleasant and child-friendly environment with spacious swimming pools. Many of you emphasized to us that there is an innovative and studied educational method in our programs, while the additional initiatives and events that we organize as extra services to our members (underwater photography, holidays, seminars, summer camps) are very satisfying to you. Our coaches win you over at all levels. The approach, the relationship of trust and the communication that is created between teachers, children and parents, makes you feel particularly comfortable. You spoke of a family environment where the human-centered approach prevails and special attention is given to each child individually. The most important thing of all is that you see your children very happy and this makes us even more passionate about our work and feel undivided gratitude.
