Sowing Day
Let's sow and let them sprout

Let's sow and let them sprout
It's cold outside, the trees are still bare and a cold, cold wind blows in the evenings. And in this cold and darkness, the people of the land, with rough hands, begin to put the first seeds in the soil.
… They start thinking about spring and summer and the fruits they want to pick in the fall to feed the world. In front of the wood stove, they warmed their tired bodies in the winter and let their souls travel. But then February came to shake them up: “Hey, spring is coming!”…
I want you to imagine with me a child who comes into the world as a small seed.. This seed has within it all the information to become what it is to become over time. It is different from all other seeds, even from its own kind. Other seeds are large and hard, but small, almost hairy, others light-colored, dark-colored, with millions of shapes, flavors, contents, colors.... But they all come to earth with the aim of bearing fruit. Some fail to find suitable soil and are lost. But imagine our own seed finding fertile soil. The rain bathes it and the sun warms it and so it slowly puts out strong roots and begins to grow with pride. The sprout becomes a trunk and keeps growing, putting out branches, leaves, and small playful apples. Around it grow big, strong fruit trees with juicy and large fruits. As the trees observe it, they decide that it doesn't make sense for it to be like this and that it is a shame for their garden. They want to make it a proper tree, with fruits useful to people. So they find a teacher tree, take a branch from it as a model and then persistently cut off the branches of our little tree one by one. With mastery they carve its trunk and add the model branch/the graft. They put glue, ropes, ribbons and tighten it tightly. No matter how much pain our little tree experiences, one of its primary needs is connection, to belong to the whole. So despite all the violation, it makes the new branch its own and begins to bear the fruits that the other trees wanted.

This is the current education and our way of learning. All education on the planet is based on creating specific behaviors, specific patterns, specific ways of reacting… Whether in school or at home, or in our society. And it is sad because it only focuses on the fruit. We do not see what beauty our tree could bring, what shade it could offer, or that it could be a place to host a lot of life, to play… If we accept that each person is a unique non-repeating entity, this means that their education should also have the characteristic that it should be addressed to this child, these talents and these weaknesses that they bring with them… There are no two identical beings, just as there are no two identical trees and two identical animals.

I had this conversation with my beloved Christina (Chrysochoidou) from them Pisces, the swim team, in a voluntary action as we looked at what is good for children. And this simple thought is what brings us together and unites us. May our children, all of our children, grow up freeing the body, emotion, mind and spirit they carry! May our children grow up healthy, without injuring them, as often happens during their childhood. May we rejoice in parenthood and the pedagogical act, may we rejoice in being people and souls that we ourselves grow up with love.
So we decided to work together in Thessaloniki with its wonderful trained staff. Pisces swimming team specializing in body, water and bonding, with physiotherapists, occupational therapists and massage therapists. I will continue to recommend deep systemic therapies for the whole family, thematic groups and workshops, personal and family sessions either in person or via the internet.
…. Bodies, emotions, thoughts interact. An issue that may arise in a family or in a system, we will approach it at all levels, We take care to change the entire field so that balance, health, joy, freedom occur.
→ Contact with water, Bonding (connection and reconnection) with mother and child
→ Physiotherapy
→ Occupational therapies
→ Suction cups
→ Yoga
→ Bioresonance
→ personal and family sessions (with discussions but also through art)
→ Systemic representations
→ With activities in nature
→ Thematic sections, in which We invite you to tell us which issue(s) concern you.
⇒ Empathy, the oxygen of relationships
⇒ Communication, the A and Z
⇒ Rhythm is life, safety and health for the whole family
⇒ Nature…lots of nature, the great teacher
⇒ Limits and freedom, essentially an introspection
⇒ Only children, siblings or children of the world
⇒ Anxiety and idealism
⇒ We are all special children with special gifts
⇒ Sex education and relationships
⇒ The child's environment/practical love

Of course, treatments for the body, emotions, and mind are not separate from each other.
Everything interacts in the whole.
For example, a massage makes the child feel relaxed, aware of his body and able to think more calmly, or a family session can bring knowledge and awareness, beyond the emotions he will experience and help the body to ground itself.
