What is systemic representation?
Systemic representation is an experiential therapeutic process that reveals the invisible dynamics at work within human systems—in family, relationships, work, and life in general. Through the body's position in space and lived interaction, it becomes visible how past bonds, roles, and events continue to influence the present.
This is not about discussion, analysis or storytelling. Representation as three-dimensional self-awareness operates beyond logical understanding, at a level of direct experience (experience), where the truth of the system is revealed without pressure and without interpretation. It is revealed!
Systemic representation does not try to "fix" people. It creates the conditions to restore the natural order of the system — where everyone can stand in their rightful place, without carrying burdens that are not theirs.
What types of topics can one explore?
A person can bring to a systemic representation issues related to:
- recurring patterns in relationships or life
- difficulty connecting, trusting, or committing
- family issues, losses, or a feeling of heaviness without a clear cause
- internal conflict, immobility or blockage in decisions
- professional issues, position and role within groups or organizations
- persistent physical or psychosomatic symptoms and health issues
When order is restored, love and vital energy can flow again. In performance form, systemic representation becomes a collective experience. The viewer does not passively watch; they tune into the field, recognize human truths, and experience inner shifts without personal exposure. It is a living, meaningful experience that touches deeply, without much needing to be said.

What is it like to be in a Systemic Representation for the first time?;
The first time in a Systemic Representation is usually much simpler and more meaningful than one might imagine. You don't need to know what to do, what to say, or how the process "works." You just come as you are.
In a safe and calm space, we work on an issue that concerns you or someone else: a relationship, a family issue, a recurring pattern in your life, a blockage, a decision you are having difficulty making. You don't need to explain it in detail or go into detail.
During the process, what is usually not visible becomes «visible»: how you connect with your people, what you carry without realizing it, what holds you back and what is needed to move. Often feelings, images, or understandings that had never been conscious before emerge — and that in itself brings relief.
Even if you don't personally work on your own issue, participation alone can be deeply beneficial. By seeing and experiencing the processes of others, you often recognize parts of your own life and get answers to questions you hadn't even formulated.
It is not necessary to "believe" in anything, nor to have any previous experience. All that is needed is openness and presence. The process unfolds naturally and each person receives exactly what they are ready to receive at that moment.
For many people, the first contact with Systemic Representation brings: greater understanding, inner peace, clarity, and a feeling that something within them is «falling into place.» It does not promise magical solutions. But it often paves the way for real change — in a way that is simple, meaningful, and deeply human.

Angeliki Ariadne Voulgari is a coordinator of systemic representations, a graduate of Efi Kontaxi at the EXPERT level of ACTA, a Technovlast of Aristotle University. She works as a personal development and mental empowerment consultant. She is the creator of the self-development program «The Art of Connection» and has worked in oncology units, children's hospitals, child protection institutions, special education institutions, elderly care units, child psychiatric clinics as a coordinator of psychosocial programs through the arts.
She has founded and managed non-profit organizations aimed at human connections through different types of arts. She has been awarded by Marianna Vardinoyannis as well as by the Panthessalian Association of People with Multiple Sclerosis for her work.
Since 2010, she has helped thousands of people overcome fear, isolation and reconnect with the quality of hope within them. Today, she trains executives and employees in companies and maintains women's mental empowerment groups, based on her own method, principles of transformative learning, tools of representation, mindfulness, positive psychology and spirituality.
Kelly Ampelioti
Educator and coordinator of experiential personal development groups, with many years of experience in education and continuous engagement with the dynamics of human evolution.

Kelly Ampelioti is an educator and coordinator of experiential personal development groups. With many years of experience in education and continuous engagement with the dynamics of human evolution, she has dedicated her life to knowledge, self-observation and transformation. Since 2005, she began her engagement with self-improvement through different methods and spaces/groups.
Specifically, he was involved in:
- with Cognitive & Behavioral Methods, such as CBT and Emotional Intelligence
- with Holistic & Energetic Approaches, such as the Art of Healing and Meditation/Mindfulness
- with Coaching & Self-Realization Training, such as Positive Psychology and the Kalogiros method
- with Transformational & Experiential Methods, such as NLP, Creative Visioning and Systemic Representations
- with Spiritual & Existential paths, such as Ho'oponopono and Inner Child Healing
During these 20 consecutive years of her deepening and training, in most of the above methods, personal development very quickly became a way of life and later a life purpose. Through this journey, the idea of a holistic approach was conceived, combining experience, consciousness and inner work.
In 2022, it took shape, and the "MVP Decalogue of Expanding Potential" is the brainchild of Kelly Ampelioti. It is a self-knowledge guide that draws on elements from various philosophical and psycho-pedagogical schools, aiming to connect the human being with his higher potential.
Today, as a certified Systemic Representations facilitator, she creates spaces of encounter, inner peace and understanding, where people are invited to recognize their patterns, come to terms with the past and move with love towards the life they desire. Her work, in every area, is inspired by the deep belief that every person carries within them the wisdom and power for change – if only they turn inward with kindness and courage.

Workshop program
During the workshop, three (3) to four (4) Systemic Representations will be held, with topics that will arise from the participants themselves.
Important clarification:
Regardless of whether a participant brings a personal issue, whether their issue is selected or not, or whether they participate as a representative or active observer, all participants benefit.
According to the literature and Bert Hellinger's systemic approach, the therapeutic and experiential effect of representations concerns the entire field of the group and not just the individual working with a personal issue.
Breaks:
There will be two (2) to three (3) short breaks during the workshop.
Teas and snacks will be provided in the room, while participants can of course bring whatever else they wish for personal consumption.
Useful information for participants:
It is recommended to wear comfortable clothing to facilitate physical comfort and experiential participation throughout the workshop.
