On March 31, 2019, a certified Beco aqua college seminar was held in our city on the topic of Beboard pilates and active motion, with the presenter and creator of the program, Professor Mariano Solier, who is one of the leaders in aquatic exercise!<\/span><\/p>\n

The entire organization was organized by All About Aquatics at the multi-purpose gym All Star Top Fitness. <\/span><\/p>\n

As part of our continuous development and faithfully following the Body-Mind-Spirit triptych, we attended with a representative team of coaches!<\/span><\/p>\n

We entered the\u2026pleasant! position of the trainee, refreshed our knowledge, enriched our training repertoire and returned to our base to share our knowledge with you and the rest of the Ichthys team. <\/span><\/p>\n

Our club is growing every day and we are always happy to be prepared, enriching our knowledge and our programs!<\/span><\/p>\n
