In the morning we do some gymnastics with the egg!<\/span><\/p>\n

This expression is not accidental! In the morning, when we exercise, the body wakes up and better absorbs all the benefits of exercise. <\/span><\/p>\n

Below we list 6 reasons why it is better to swim in the morning!<\/span><\/p>\n

For all of us!<\/b><\/p>\n

  1. In the morning, babies and we are more rested and ready for exercise. It is logical that after waking up in the morning, we have the <\/span>more energy <\/b>throughout the day and with a swimming program in the morning we will continue to have energy for the rest of the day!<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Training in general is liberating. <\/span>endorphins and other hormones, <\/b>which give us a<\/span> feeling of well-being<\/b>, strength and energy. So if these are secreted in the morning, we will have them as helpers throughout the day! Endorphins also increase mood and reduce nervousness and anxiety. So we have <\/span>a whole day of joy!<\/b><\/li>\n
  3. With morning exercise <\/span>the brain fills with oxygen<\/b> and our mental perception increases. This is how the brain starts its day <\/span>more open and ready for new stimuli!<\/b><\/li>\n
  4. Morning exercise activates the <\/span>metabolism!<\/b> So, when we exercise in the morning, we need to replenish the lost energy, resulting in our appetite opening at the right time! Opportunity to try new foods for our baby! Also, starting our breakfast at the right time, <\/span>the entire meal plan is put in order, <\/b>both for us and for our child!<\/span><\/li>\n
  5. Morning exercise has the following results: <\/span>better sleep quality <\/b>in the evening, as all organic processes have been completed more smoothly and on time. For example, I exercise in the morning when I am rested \u2192 I produce hormones of joy \u2192 I am more creative and energetic the rest of the day \u2192 I eat better with a greater appetite at the time my body needs it \u2192 fatigue occurs earlier in the evening and thus I sleep better, at the most appropriate times for my body!<\/span><\/li>\n

    On the practical side<\/b><\/p>\n

    In general, morning exercise has incredible benefits for everyone! You will see an improvement in your mental clarity and you will have better performance in all areas of your life! Start your day with exercise, eliminate stress and clear your mind. Thus, gain peace and fill your well-being at the beginning of your day.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Take advantage of your maternity leave! <\/b>Instead of staying locked up at home, take a walk with your child and fill your time with your baby constructively and creatively, once a week! And when summer comes, you'll be ready for the beach!!!<\/span><\/p>\n

    For moms who don't work in the morning, they can more easily bring their baby to the baby swimming lesson and thus have <\/span>free afternoons<\/b> for more family time together and with dad.<\/span><\/p>\n

    So what could be better than spending your mornings in a space specially designed for children with perfect hot water at 32 degrees!<\/span><\/p>\n
