BENEFITS OF SWIMMING FROM A CHILDREN'S AGE<\/h2>

Swimming is considered by many scientists to be the most ideal sport! It has\u00a0minimal injuries and<\/b>\u00a0does not burden the\u00a0musculoskeletal system\u00a0<\/b>during the child's developmental age! At the same time,\u00a0trains the whole body and the cardiovascular system<\/b>. By swimming\u00a0the physique is strengthened\u00a0<\/b>of children,\u00a0respiratory capacity<\/b>,\u00a0the heart function.
